Answering Shortys Date

So a couple of weeks ago, February 13, Shorty, Nel and I decided to get together and have a little fun. We decided to go answer Shortys date to PROM! We were so excited and had lots of fun. Shorty came and picked Nel, and I up, then we headed off to the store to get some supplies. The plan was to make a scavenger hunt, and have Skyler follow it. It was going to be great, until Shorty found out that he wasn't going to be home. So our plans changed, instead we partied after everything was together. We would do it the next night. The following slide show are just some of the amazing pictures that we took!

The next night, Shorty and i went out to answer, Nel couldn't make it. Shorty came to my house, and since once again Skyler would be gone, we decided to not do a scavenger hunt, but to instead fill his entire car full of balloons and make him search for the answers inside the balloons. So we went to the store and bought about eighty balloons, then went to his house, and Skyler's brother and parents were more than willing to help us into his car. So we got it open and stuffed the nine or so we had blown up, then headed back to the truck to fill up the rest of the balloons. It was a blast. Needless to say we spent about forty-five minutes sitting in her truck, jamming to music, and blowing up balloons. It was so fun! We could hardly look at each other while blowing them up without laughing. As you can imagine a balloon full of air at your mouth and you start to laugh, your mouth soon fills with air, and you look way funny, or you try to blow it up while laughing and you get really funny noises which make you laugh even harder. It was soo much fun!!! We defiantly got light headed and as expected everything was kind of distant, it was really kind of fun. Once we had all the balloons filled up, we started to unload her full truck, and take the balloons over to his car. Since the ground was slick, Shorty decided to fall on her butt, right as after i said something about how she was going to fall. It was great, she landed right on her butt. :D Love ya Shorty!!! But anyway, we filled his car tip top full, and then realised that we had to lock the passenger side door, so i reached my hand through all the balloons and tried to find the lock, it was hilarious. I don't know why we didn't think to use the lock button, maybe there wasn't one, or we were just too light headed to think! But eventually i got it, and locked it, it was way funny. Then i held the balloons in as we carefully shut the door, as i moved my hand she slammed it shut and that was it. But we soon realised that the light in the car was still on. We began to wonder if we had accidentally turned it on, so we made sure we had all the doors shut tight, then we looked and waited, waited and looked, and right before we were ready to give up, it turned off. We were glad we didn't have to bother them again. It was a blast! Thanks for letting me come Shorty!!!
