How in the world did that guy get himself so blue? It's shiney too.
That is Brian my home teacher. Him and another Bryan as well as Kedric were all that blue. They used some sort of paint, acrylic maybe and then used a shinny spray paint of some sort over that in hopes that it would stay on longer and look good. Unfortunately it was really hard to get off. They had done tests but not good enough I guess. ha ha i thought it was pretty funny.
