A day at the beach...or so i thought

We ended up going to see the Midway, an aircraft carrier. My mom and i figured nice tour and then head to the beach. Well we soon found out that wasn't the case. We ended up touring it for 6+ hours! Needless to say our day at the beach turned into about an hour at the beach. It was fine though because the aircraft carrier was way neat, a little long, but neat. And we had fun and still played on the beach.

Just got our stuff and we are set for the tour!

Look how huge the chain links are that are used to anchor this bugger! They are huge! If i remember right which isn't likely, each of these links weighs 120 lbs! Crazy huh?!

Dad gaining knowledge about the plane.. not looking like he's loving it. I thought he was the one who wanted to do this! My mom and i both look more excited than he does.

We finally made it to the beach!
